Qualifications

• Master's or postgraduate qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Supervision.
• SAC registration or eligibility as Supervisor, as applicable to the role.
• Minimum 15 years of recent clinical supervision experience.
• Minimum 20 years of counselling experience with young adults in IHL/community settings.
• Certified practitioner in Systemic Practice with Children, Youth and Families.
• At least 3 years of clinical supervision experience in an IHL setting.
• Minimum 5 years of Systemic Practice training experience for counsellors or social workers.
• Experience in trauma-informed practices is preferred for group supervision.

• Facilitate case discussions, role-play, reflective exercises, and experiential learning.
• Guide the clinical supervisor in managing counselling team dynamics and professional development.
• Conduct in-person supervision sessions according to the agreed schedule.

Requirements:

• Master's or postgraduate qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• Relevant postgraduate qualification in Clinical Supervision.
• Registered member or Registered Supervisor with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC), as applicable to the role.
• Minimum 15 years of recent clinical supervision experience.
• Minimum 20 years of counselling experience working with young adults in an Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) and/or community setting.
• Certified practitioner in Systemic Practice with Children, Youth and Families.
• At least 3 years of clinical supervision experience in an IHL setting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience conducting Systemic Practice training for counsellors or social workers.
• Experience in trauma-informed practices is preferred for group supervision.
