• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or a closely related field.
• Prior experience supporting clinical or health-related research, including coordination and data collection.
• Willingness to travel regularly to research sites across Singapore.
• Strong written and spoken communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good organisation and attention to detail to manage multiple sites and timelines.

Aufgaben

• Support the day-to-day implementation of the multi-site research programme across participating clinics, including regular on-site visits and coordination with site personnel.
• Assist with participant identification, eligibility screening, informed consent, recruitment, enrolment and allocation-related administrative procedures.
• Schedule research visits and follow-up assessments, maintain communication with participants and support retention.
• Administer validated questionnaires and clinical outcome assessments, ensuring accurate data collection and entry.
• Coordinate biospecimen collection activities, including scheduling, labelling, tracking and transportation arrangements.
• Maintain accurate research documentation, including recruitment logs and study progress trackers, and escalate adverse events when needed.
• Collaborate with Principal Investigators and partners to support ethics submissions, regulatory compliance, monitoring and reporting.
