Job summary

You will coordinate studies, recruit participants, administer cognitive assessments, and maintain regulatory records while collaborating with clinicians and sites. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in coordinating clinical studies is preferred.
• Ability to handle clinical/research data accurately.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute clinical research studies, including our ongoing industry-sponsored studies.
• Support participant recruitment, screening, consenting, scheduling and follow-up.
• Administer digital cognitive assessments and study procedures.
• Coordinate with investigators, clinicians, research sites and external partners.
• Maintain study documentation, participant logs and essential research records.
• Support ethics submissions, amendments and regulatory/study documentation.
• Ensure studies are conducted according to approved protocols and timelines.
• Manage, clean and quality-check clinical research datasets.
• Conduct basic statistical analyses and prepare study summaries.
• Support interpretation of cognitive, clinical and biomarker data.
• Assist with literature reviews and research synthesis.
• Contribute to abstracts, posters, presentations and scientific manuscripts.
• Help design and operationalise new clinical and real‑world studies.
• Support deployments with hospitals, clinics and community partners.
• Develop research workflows, SOPs and data collection processes.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and improve how studies are run.
• Work across multiple projects as GMS expands its clinical evidence base.
