TMVC Singapore Pte Ltd invites a Clinical Psychologist (Adult) to collaborate with General Practitioners at IMC for comprehensive psychological assessment and evidence-based treatment. The role includes assessment, formulation, diagnosis and individualized treatment plans, with ongoing therapy and support for adults with depression and anxiety.

The ideal candidate has a Masters in Clinical Psychology, 5+ years hospital/clinical experience, private practice exposure, and registration eligibility

Qualifications

• Masters' degree in Clinical Psychology with practical training.
• At least 5 years of related hospital/clinical experience.
• Experience in private practice.
• Registered and/or eligible for registration with Singapore professional body.
• Embraces innovation in emotional health delivery and service delivery.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using interviews, mental status exams, and testing.
• Diagnose and formulate treatment plans for adults with mood and anxiety disorders.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with General Practitioners for integrated care.
• Maintain confidential medical records and documentation.
• Coordinate with Lifestyle Medicine services as applicable.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families and care teams.

About the role

The Clinical Psychologist (Adult) will work collaboratively with General Practitioners at IMC to provide comprehensive psychological assessment and evidence-based treatment to adults with a range of psychological and emotional wellbeing needs, particularly depression and anxiety. The role involves psychological assessment, formulation and diagnosis, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, and ongoing therapeutic support and counselling.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including clinical interviews, mental status examinations and psychological testing
• Assess and diagnose a range of psychological conditions, where appropriate
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
• Provide ongoing support, monitoring and counselling for patients experiencing mood and anxiety-related concerns
• Collaborate with other professionals to provide a coordinated approach to care
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment programs accordingly; communicate with and counsel family members as appropriate
• Document therapy in accordance with policies and procedures regarding medical records; implement and adhere to policies which ensure patient confidentiality
• Work in collaboration with General Practitioners within the organization to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Contribute to develop and implement psychological aspects of Lifestyle Medicine services

About you

• Masters' degree in Clinical Psychology with practical training
• At least 5 years of related experience in hospital or clinical setting
• Experience working in private practice
• Registered and/or eligible for registration with the relevant professional body in Singapore
