Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions, a sponsor-dedicated CRO, is seeking a Clinical Project Manager for Singapore/Malaysia/Thailand. You will coordinate global studies, ensuring delivery aligned with study requirements, contracts, budgets and SOPs, working with sponsors, CROs and multinational teams.

The role focuses on directing project and programme management, resolving issues and building team capability, with opportunities to contribute to proposals and bid defenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• Proven experience managing clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
• Experience leading cross-functional and multinational study teams.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage study timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.

Clinical Project Manager - Singapore/Malaysia/Thailand

As a Client Project Manager at ICON, you will take ownership of the overall direction, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of global projects. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional and multinational teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively, in line with study requirements, contracts, budgets, and applicable SOPs.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities Include

Your Profile

You will have solid project and programme management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.

Required Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience managing clinical trials from start‑up through closeout. Experience in Oncology studies is highly preferred.
• Experience leading cross‑functional and multinational study teams.
• Strong knowledge of ICH‑GCP, clinical trial processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage study timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with sponsors, CRO teams, and other clinical study stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and adaptable with a strong focus on quality and study delivery.
