Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Lab Supervisor in Jurong, Singapore. The candidate will coordinate daily lab activities, plan laboratory work, and supervise compliance with safety rules while ensuring timely reporting of results.

The role requires at least 8 years in a central or clinical laboratory and a degree in Biomedical Sciences or equivalent. Work week is 5 days (including Saturday), 9am-6pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of work experience in a central lab or clinical laboratory.
• Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry or Microbiology or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily activities and supervises the execution of lab work.
• Plans and coordinates laboratory activities.
• Ensures compliance with safety rules within the department.
• Monitors equipment operation and performance.
• Acts as point of contact for Laboratory Technicians and Management.
• Ensures timely reporting of results; resolves issues within QA standards.
• Liaises with MOH and CGO on regulations (PHMC, Biosafety, Waste management).
• Inventory management including imports and licenses where applicable.
• Supports CPP/CSV and assay validations by the team in Singapore.
