Job summary

The health collective pte. ltd. seeks a Clinical Director to lead osteopathy and physiotherapy services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care while overseeing clinical operations.

You will mentor clinicians, shape care protocols, and drive excellence across the clinic. In addition to clinical leadership, you will manage budgets, staffing, and regulatory compliance, collaborate with admin and marketing to grow services, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in osteopathy or physiotherapy.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of managing clinical teams and operations effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic clinical direction and leadership for all clinical activities within the clinic.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure efficient patient flow.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for clinical staff.
• Foster a collaborative environment and address clinical performance issues promptly.
• Drive service expansion and maintain strong relationships with referral networks and stakeholders.
