Job summary

AMPLIFY HEALTH ASIA PTE. LIMITED is seeking a pivotal role to drive execution, development, and optimization of clinical coding and encoded data solutions across global and APAC markets.

This position blends hands-on coding with data standardization, automation, and GenAI prompt design to support scalable healthcare products. You will collaborate with product, data science, and clinical teams to improve coding accuracy, build robust Ground Truth datasets, and guide stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications

• Graduate health care qualification required; MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy or other medical field.
• Master’s degree in Health Informatics or Clinical Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years in health insurance, clinical coding, or claims analytics in Asia or globally.
• Deep knowledge of clinical coding assets, terminologies, billing practices, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across clinical, operational, regulatory domains.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution and development of coding frameworks and assets across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with product, data science, and clinical teams to enhance AI-driven solutions.
• Develop GenAI prompts and training data for coding automation and model accuracy.
• Stay updated on international and APAC coding standards and regulatory changes.
• Oversee annotation, validation, and quality audits across terminologies.
• Support capability building, SOPs, and training for coding teams.
• Lead cross-portfolio SME input on data standardization and AI use cases.
