Job summary

Labcorp seeks an Intern - Medical Technologist (Clinical Chemistry) to join our team in Singapore. This paid internship runs for a minimum of 20 weeks onsite from January to June 2027, with eligibility for final-year students or others pursuing relevant fields of study.

The program provides hands-on laboratory experience in clinical biochemistry, quality control, and informatics labware, with mentorship, GLP knowledge, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related bachelor's degree programs.
• Other degree programs can also be considered.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Attend laboratory modules on quality control, pipetting skills, and informatics labware.
• Engage in professional development workshops to enhance soft skills.
• Perform quality control testing and instrument maintenance.
• Gain experience in pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical workflow.
• Present project findings at the end of training.
