Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, tracking programmes, updating policies, liaising with regulators, and handling medical/insurance reports. Excellent organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to Head of department
• Scheduling and event coordination including department meetings, unit meetings, and CPE lectures
• Documentation and correspondence
• Liaise with Allied Health Council for registration
• Assists in updating of policies and workflows
• Management of radiographers' NEA licences
• Administers the medical / Insurance reports
• Process application of accreditation of clinical procedures and update Infopedia for OHTs
• Other assigned duties
• Provides administrative support to Head, DOAPP, including programme coordination, scheduling, tracking of programme, and liaison with relevant stakeholders
• Tracking of leave roster and approving leave applications
• Assists in planning of orientation
• Administers the medical / Insurance reports
• Other assigned duties
• Provides administrative co-support to two Unit Heads (TBC) including programme coordination, scheduling, tracking of programme, and liaison with relevant stakeholders
• Assists in updating of policies and workflows
• Administers the medical / Insurance reports
• Process application of accreditation of clinical procedures and update Infopedia
• Other assigned duties
• Assists in updating of policies
• Coordinates the new clinician's evaluation and patient safety elearning module
• Provides administrative support to Chairs of committees and workgroups
• Supports continuous improvement projects
