The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd invites applications for a Clinic Assistant at our Orchard clinic. You will greet patients, manage bookings, register patients in the clinic software, and assist doctors during procedures.

This role requires basic Microsoft Word/Excel skills and some accounting knowledge, with salary between SGD 2,200 and 3,000 depending on experience, and a 5.25-day work week including alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in clinical/medical setting preferred.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Word and Excel; basic accounting skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle calls and attend to enquiries.
• Register patients using clinic software.
• Schedule appointments and update patient records.
• Assist doctor during procedures.
• Dispense medications.
• Handle payments via cash and credit cards.
• Check and replenish stock as needed.
• Perform other duties as instructed by doctor and management.
