Job summary

Specialist Eyecare Clinic in Singapore is looking for a Nurse to support ophthalmic care. You will assist in minor surgical procedures, dispense medications, administer eye drops, and help with filing and stock checks.

The role requires attention to cleanliness, basic visual testing, and collaboration with the team. The position involves retinal photography, OCT scans, visual field tests, and coordination of operating theatre bookings.

Qualifications

• Proactive and positive working attitude required.
• Proficient computer usage and basic ICT literacy.
• Able to attend to mandarin speaking patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in minor surgical procedures.
• Dispense medication as prescribed.
• Administer eye drops and manage patient care.
• File casenotes and maintain clinic records.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic.
• Check stocks for medicines and supplies.
• Perform basic visual tests and related measurements.
• Acquire retinal photography and OCT scans.
• Administer visual field tests.
• Perform biometry tests and related checks.
• Coordinate booking of operating theatres.
• Handle daily cash collection and close accounts.
