Job summary

Dream Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery in Singapore is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Clinic Assistant / Consultant to join our team. The role focuses on handling enquiries, scheduling, and guiding patients through treatment options with our doctors, while supporting operations and patient experience.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in beauty/healthcare, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in beauty, aesthetics or healthcare industry.
• Experience in aesthetic clinic environment will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service oriented with positive attitude.
• Motivated to achieve team targets and deliver excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic enquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms
• Schedule appointments and coordinate consultation bookings
• Provide professional and friendly service to patients visiting the clinic
• Build patient relationships and support treatment journey from consultation to follow up
• Assist in explaining treatment options based on doctor’s consultation and recommendations
• Support doctors during aesthetic procedures when required
• Monitor patients’ recovery progress and follow up after treatments
• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation
• Ensure smooth daily clinic operations
• Work closely with management and doctors to achieve clinic service and business objectives
