A GOOD HELPER PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Personnel to understand clients’ needs, recommend suitable applicants, and guide clients through the hiring and placement process.

You will interview applicants, assess suitability, arrange interviews, respond to inquiries, and manage cases from initial enquiry to placement, aligning with sourcing and administration teams. Hybrid work arrangement at Chinatown to support timely updates and meeting targets.

Formación

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Service-oriented and able to manage multiple cases and follow-ups.

Responsabilidades

• Understand clients' hiring needs, preferences, and hiring requirements.
• Interview applicants, assess their suitability, and recommend suitable applicants to clients.
• Arrange interviews between employers and applicants, answer inquiries, and follow up on hiring decisions.
• Manage cases from initial enquiry through to placement, working closely with the sourcing and administration teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships, provide timely updates, and work towards agreed requirements.
