You will respond to inquiries, deliver excellent customer service, drive business processes, and collaborate on ad-hoc tasks, with a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm work schedule and a strong PDPA commitment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of corporate secretarial or customer service experience in the corporate services industry.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Organised with strong time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Clients: Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing professional and effective solutions to meet their needs.
• Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support Business Operations: Oversee and streamline daily office operations to support business objectives.
• Customer Support Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service and provide orientation to business clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
• Drive Business Processes: Manage and execute transactions with precision and efficiency.
