Job summary

EQUE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dynamic Business Development/Client Relations professional to identify opportunities and build lasting client partnerships in Singapore.

You will manage end-to-end client lifecycle, tailor solutions, coordinate with internal teams, and drive growth while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma and above.
• People-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving results.
• Comfortable engaging with both candidates and clients professionally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions that drive growth and satisfaction
• Manage the full client lifecycle from initial outreach and onboarding through to long-term relationship management
• Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address concerns to ensure consistently high service standards
• Prepare client proposals, presentations, and reports to support business development and engagement activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions and service commitments
• Track and report on client growth metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for further expansion
• Represent the organisation professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements

Job description

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
