As a key member of our Corporate Banking client servicing team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the growth of our corporate clients. You'll work closely with Relationship Managers to deliver seamless transactional services, ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of transactions. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field Experience in client servicing and/or Operations within Banking industry preferred Independent, fast learner with the ability to multi-task and work under time pressure Good written and oral communication skills, to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at various levels Meticulous, with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude Team player Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
