Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Client Services Manager and manage studies in line with cGMP and client requirements. You will communicate with the ELECTS team and oversee study activities to ensure high-quality service and regulatory compliance.

The role covers team management, project coordination, budgets, and shipments, with responsibility for timely reporting, invoicing, and maintaining strong client relationships across functions.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in scientific or health care discipline / business studies or related.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Project Coordination, Customer Service, Logistics, Warehousing.
• Possess leadership skill.
• Computer literate.
• Numerate and literate.
• Good written and verbal skills.
• Pharma warehousing knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Balance workload among team members and monitor follow-ups.
• Ensure timely responses to client queries and KPI targets.
• Coordinate with FCS leaders and Lilly team for escalations.
• Prepare monthly reports, invoices, and client communications.
• Ensure shipment orders follow procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to meet client needs.
• Provide timely feedback on system issues and project blockers.
• Assist other units as required by management.
