Job summary

Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. You will assist Marketing and Client Services Managers, coordinate admin workflows, handle documentation, scheduling and internal coordination, and support tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.

• Strong communication and English language skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential business support to Marketing and Client Services Managers.
• Coordinate and manage administrative workflows to keep operations running smoothly.
• Handle day-to-day admin tasks such as documentation, scheduling and internal coordination.
• Assist with preparation and submission of commercial and government tenders.
• Support planning and execution of digital marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate records and conduct customer follow-ups.
• Track marketing reports to support decision-making.
• Contribute ideas to improve internal processes.
