Job summary

Our client in financial services in Singapore is seeking a Client Service Manager to join their team. You will support Relationship Managers and clients by ensuring smooth servicing, trade booking, and operational efficiency across private banking products.

This is a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities include end-to-end client servicing, handling queries and documentation, supporting trade booking and settlements, and ensuring compliance with internal policies

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree holder with 2-3 years of experience in financial services, ideally in client servicing or frontline support
• Strong knowledge of private banking products (FX, Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives)
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end client servicing, including handling queries, documentation, and order taking
