We are a Singapore-based licensed fund management company serving accredited and institutional investors. We are looking for an organised and digitally capable individual who is interested in transitioning into the asset-management industry.
This role is suitable for candidates with prior experience in executive assistance, personal assistance, business administration, client servicing, accounting administration, legal/corporate services or other professional-support functions who wish to develop a career in financial services.
The successful candidate will receive structured training and on-the-job development in client servicing, investment operations, transaction processing, reporting, financial-services workflows and digital process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate client and investor meetings and follow up on agreed action items.
- Assist with client onboarding, subscription/redemption documentation and maintenance of client records.
- Prepare client meeting materials, reports, presentation packs and approved portfolio information.
- Liaise with fund administrators, custodians, brokers, banks and other service providers on operational matters.
- Assist with transaction processing, operational documentation and record keeping.
- Monitor outstanding operational items and elevate exceptions where required.
- Assist with post-trade checks, reconciliations and maintenance of transaction records.
- Compile portfolio and client information for periodic reporting.
- Maintain internal trackers, checklists and control records.
- Assist with preparation of management reports, factsheets and operational reports using approved data.
- Use Excel, Microsoft 365, AI and workflow-automation tools to improve recurring administrative and operational processes.
- Support selected senior-management meetings by preparing agendas, meeting materials, minutes and action lists.
- Provide limited executive-administration support where required.
The substantive role will focus on client service and investment operations, rather than general secretarial duties.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 2–6 years of working experience in areas such as:
- Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant;
- administration or business support;
- client servicing;
- legal or corporate-secretarial support;
- accounting or finance administration;
- project coordination;professional-services support.
- Diploma, Higher Nitec or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, Legal Studies or another relevant discipline.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately with documents and data.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Willingness to learn and use AI, automation and other digital productivity tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Interest in developing a long-term career in asset management or financial services.
Prior investment-management experience is not required.
Candidates with strong administrative or executive-support experience who wish to make a career transition into financial services are particularly encouraged to apply.
