Job summary

Pacific Prime Insurance Brokers Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a renewal-focused professional to ensure timely renewal notices and accurate policy allocations via the Renewal CRM.

You will follow up with clients to confirm receipt of renewal documents and ensure timely processing of renewals. The role involves offering alternatives to clients, explaining the pros and cons of changing providers, expediting issue resolution, and coordinating with Administration to complete renewals, applications

Qualifications

• Must hold BCP, PGI, ComGI and HI licensing for Singapore insurance.
• Proactive, service-oriented and results-driven with excellent communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Issue renewal notices to clients in a timely manner.
• Use Renewal CRM to manage policy allocations.
• Follow up with clients to ensure receipt of renewal documents and timely renewal.
• Offer alternatives to clients, explaining pros and cons of changing providers.
• Expedite resolution of client problems and complaints.
• Coordinate with Administration for renewals, applications and payments.
• Organize midterm campaigns to generate referrals for assigned clients.
• Maintain knowledge of Outlook, Yellow Sheets, CRM, MO and other tools.
• Build knowledge of insurance products and services and compare advantages and selling points.
• Coordinate with New Business, Corporate and Claims teams when required.

Job Description:

• Ensuring renewal notices are issued to clients in a timely manner
• Using the Renewal CRM to manage policy allocations
• Following up with clients regularly, ensuring they have received the renewal documents and that the renewal of the policy is processed in a timely manner
• Offering alternative options to clients in case they are unhappy with the current policy, while making them aware of the pros and cons of changing insurance providers (pre-existing conditions, waiting periods, etc.)
• Expediting the resolution of clients' problems and complaints
• Coordinating with the Administration team for the processing of renewals, applications, and paperwork up until the completion of payment
• Independently organizing midterm campaigns for the assigned portfolio of clients to generate referrals
• Maintaining strong knowledge of internal tools (Outlook, Yellow Sheets, CRM, MO, etc.), following their associated procedures, and efficiently utilizing them to achieve the highest possible customer retention
• Constantly building and maintaining an understanding and knowledge of insurance companies' products and services, and being able to identify and compare their advantages, pitfalls, and selling points
• Coordinating with the New Business, Corporate, and Claims teams when required
