Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Client Relationship Management professional for Asset Management on a 12 months' contract based in Singapore. The role focuses on servicing a portfolio of institutional clients, handling queries, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring timely reporting and documentation.

The successful candidate will coordinate onboarding, meetings, and lifecycle activities with Operations, KYC/AML, Compliance, Legal and Risk teams, while driving process improvements in client servicing

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years of working experience in the asset management industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of institutional clients, including insurance and other institutional clients, acting as a key point of contact for client queries, service requests and operational matters.
• Own client requests and issues through to resolution, identifying and coordinating with the appropriate internal stakeholders and escalating issues or risks appropriately where required.
• Coordinate recurring and ad-hoc client deliverables, including client reporting, due diligence requests, compliance/regulatory documentation and attestations, working with the relevant subject-matter experts to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Coordinate regular client meetings and investment/service reviews, including preparation of materials, engagement with Portfolio Managers and Investment Specialists, meeting follow-ups and tracking of outstanding actions.
• Coordinate new client and mandate onboarding and ongoing client lifecycle activities, working with Operations, KYC/AML, Compliance, Legal, Risk and other relevant functions.
• Contribute to improvements in client servicing processes and workflows, including standardization and automation where appropriate.

To be successful you will need:

• 1-2 Years of working experience in the asset management industry.

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
