Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks a client relations role focused on developing strategies to boost client profitability, manage relationships, and ensure smooth delivery of action plans.

You will establish open channels for client communication, continuously raise service standards, and support the team through client meetings and end-to-end journeys. Fresh graduates are welcomed and on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• GCE A-Level, diploma, or degree required.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to drive client profitability and relationships.
• Ensure smooth implementation of client action plans.
• Establish channels for clients to reach out to the company and vice versa.
• Continuously improve and provide high levels of service to clients.
• Support the team through client meetings and client journeys.
