Job summary

Anchorage Digital is seeking a Client Operations professional to deliver white-glove service to institutional clients, ensuring onboarding excellence and attentive care. You will manage on-going account activities across custody, settlement, and funding, while becoming deeply familiar with client needs and internal processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, settlements, reconciliations, or post-trade support (digital assets, fintech, or traditional finance).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive workflows concurrently.
• Experience reconciling transactions and balances across systems; comfortable investigating breaks and documenting findings.
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts and using explorers to validate transactions or willingness to learn quickly.
• Clear communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and a practical, risk-aware mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end settlement operations for institutional clients, including receiving, verifying, and processing requests accurately and on time.
• Reconcile activity across internal systems and external venues and use blockchain explorers to validate on-chain transactions.
• Maintain documentation and controls for repeatable settlement workflows; contribute to runbooks and knowledge-sharing.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve tools, reduce manual steps, and strengthen controls.
