Job summary

You will proactively acquire new clients, understand their financial goals and risk profiles, conduct portfolio reviews, and collaborate with product specialists to provide comprehensive wealth-management solutions while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
• Progressive sales experience in financial services preferred.
• CMFAS M5/M6/M8 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Build, maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs, objectives, and risk profiles.
• Provide clients with needs-based investment and wealth management solutions aligned with their financial goals.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend suitable strategies to grow and protect clients' assets.
• Deliver a high standard of client service and engagement, ensuring a positive and seamless client experience.
• Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and industry developments to provide timely and relevant advice.
• Identify opportunities to broaden client relationships through cross-selling and introducing appropriate financial solutions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and product specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements in the course of client advisory and servicing activities.
• Participate actively in training, coaching, and mentorship programmes to continuously enhance your professional and advisory capabilities.
