Job summary

INSTAMEDIA LABS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced media professional to manage client relationships and integrated media delivery across assigned accounts.

The role keeps clients and campaigns aligned from planning through execution, with clear ownership and follow-through. You will work closely with the Media Director and specialist teams across Search, SEO, Performance, Buying, Digital, KOL/influencer and other media disciplines.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in media agency or integrated media management.
• Proven ability to manage client accounts independently.
• Experience across offline, digital and influencer channels.
• Strong presentation and client facing skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and budgets.
• Pragmatic, dependable with good judgement.
• KOL/influencer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage selected client accounts directly with oversight across portfolio.
• Coordinate integrated media recommendations across offline, digital and KOL/influencer channels.
• Provide day-to-day direction across account teams with clear ownership and follow-through.
• Keep plans, timelines, budgets, deliverables and billing aligned.
• Engage specialist teams when required and manage risk.
• Support pitches or tenders where relevant.
