Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Support Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to Consultants handling client cases. The role involves coordinating medical bookings, documentation, and meetings as required, while ensuring compliance in submitting applications to insurers.

The position also requires liaison with bankers, clients, and insurers, and active management of consultant pipelines to drive cases to completion through negotiations and insurer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Consultants in managing client cases.
• Arrange medical bookings, prepare documentation, and attend client meetings or medical examinations when required.
• Collect financial/KYC documents, ensure completeness, and submit applications to insurers in line with compliance standards.
• Coordinate with Bankers, clients, and insurers for meetings, applications, policy delivery, and case follow-ups.
• Track Consultant pipelines, update systems, and drive cases to completion through negotiation and insurer engagement.
