The Client Advisor Assistant Support Relationship Managers in servicing client accounts through understanding, anticipating, and executing client’s transactions and providing excellent administrative and organizational support.
Duties require a CAA to be meticulous with details and a team player with strong motivation to deliver excellent client service. Good communication skills and able to manage time and prioritise responsibilities.
Assessment Paper 1: Legislations, Regulations & Industry Codes of Practice. Assessment Paper 2: Industry & Product Knowledge.
Experience as an Assistant RM in a priority banking segment or experience in branch banking or in wealth segments is an entry route into the role. Whilst not mandatory, knowledge in booking and settling trades of various asset classes and products a strong advantage e.g. bonds, equities, FX-linked products, unit trusts, structured notes, and handling account opening documentations, payments and securities transfers will be a strong advantage.
