Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics in Singapore develops and assembles industrial systems, semiconductor components, healthcare applications, and analytical equipment. The incumbent will manage material handling, packing, labeling, and strict inventory traceability on the production floor, in both cleanroom and non-clean environments.

The role requires adherence to quality, safety, and 5S standards, plus collaboration with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to improve efficiency and traceability.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent; NITEC preferred.
• 1–3 years in material handling, warehousing, production support, logistics, or cleanroom operations.
• Basic computer skills for inventory transactions and production record updates.

Responsibilities

• Material Handling & Cleanroom Support: transfer raw materials, components, tooling, and WIP into and out of the production floor; verify materials with traveler, route card, or docs; support replenishment; identify non-conforming materials.
• Packing, Labelling & Product Identification: perform packing per requirements; ensure labels and documentation are correct; verify packaging and labelling before shipment.
• Inventory & Traceability Control: maintain accurate traceability; perform stock movements and cycle counts; ensure inventory matches records; assist investigations.
• Quality, Safety & Compliance: follow safety procedures; maintain 5S; ensure QMS compliance; escalate issues promptly.
• Continuous Improvement & Team Support: support production, warehouse, quality, and logistics; participate in 5S and waste reduction; assist cross-functional activities.
