Job summary

STMicroelectronics Singapore is seeking a Facilities Engineer to manage cleanroom systems and related infrastructure, ensuring environmental parameters meet stringent specs. You will oversee ACMV, FFU, ionizers, and building elements, coordinating with vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities include maintaining CMMS-driven plans, managing spare parts, and handling RFQs, sourcing, purchasing, and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel Office suite.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities cleanroom system including ACMV, FFU, ionizer, and building elements.
• Ensure cleanroom operating parameters (humidity, pressure, particles, ESD) stay within specifications.
• Containment action with root-cause analysis and corrective actions when parameters drift.
• Analyze system performance and propose practical engineering improvements.
• Maintain and follow up on maintenance plans and checklists via CMMS.
• Plan and execute scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Manage spare part inventory.
• Prepare RFQs, vendor sourcing, quotations, purchasing, invoicing.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and projects.
• Manage Permit-To-Work with risk assessments and method statements; interface with life systems and obtain production approval.
