Job summary

HEARTFELT CLEANING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate staff, and ensure cleaning standards meet hygiene requirements.

You will plan duties, monitor attendance and performance, liaise with clients, and assist management with manpower planning. Willingness to travel between sites and work shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning operations or a supervisory role is preferred.
• Able to supervise and communicate effectively with cleaning staff.
• Able to work independently and solve operational issues.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and cleaning procedures.
• Willing to travel between different work locations when required.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays depending on operational requirements.
