Job summary

SUN CITY MAINTENANCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee multiple cleaning teams across several sites. You will ensure service quality and safety, assist in planning operations, manage incident handling and inventory, and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain high performance.

The role requires strong multitasking, leadership, and the ability to guide cleaners while maintaining comprehensive reporting and timely maintenance scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising multiple cleaning teams is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple teams of cleaners in multiple cleaning projects while ensuring service quality delivery and safety.
• Assist in the planning of cleaning service operations work plans, incident management, and managing inventory of the cleaning equipment and materials used in multiple project sites.
• Provide guidance to the cleaners.
• Communicate with stakeholders.
• Able to multi-task.
• Monitor and manage cleaning services and teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety measures during cleaning operations.
• Submit cleaning reports to management.
