Job summary

PRIME MANPOWER SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across client sites in Singapore. You will manage staff rosters, allocate duties and ensure adherence to schedules while maintaining quality standards.

You will conduct site inspections, train staff on cleaning methods and safe chemical handling, and coordinate supplies and equipment maintenance. Travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in cleaning operations, preferably with team supervision experience.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning activities and ensure tasks are completed according to client requirements and cleaning schedules.
• Allocate duties, prepare staff rosters and arrange manpower coverage when required.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor cleaning quality and follow up on areas requiring improvement.
• Guide and train cleaners on cleaning methods, equipment operation and the safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, arrange replenishment and report maintenance needs.
• Liaise with clients to address service requests and resolve cleaning-related feedback.
• Maintain attendance records, inspection checklists and daily operational reports.
• Ensure staff follow workplace safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Assist with cleaning duties when necessary to support operational needs.
