Job summary

A cleaning service company in Singapore is looking for a Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee all cleaning activities for various clients. Responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, staff management, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in cleaning operations, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills in English. This is a full-time position with a 6-day work week.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee cleaning activities for various clients.

Brief scope of work
  • Oversee all cleaning activities for various clients to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure that staff, equipment, and materials are efficiently used, minimizing waste while maximizing productivity.
  • Provide leadership and direction to cleaning staff and supervisors, ensuring they are motivated, productive, and adhering to schedules.
  • Plan and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage for all cleaning assignments, optimizing labor costs while maintaining service quality.
  • conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met and implement corrective action where necessary.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by proactively addressing concerns, conducting regular check-ins, and ensuring thier satisfaction with cleaning services.
  • Investigate and resolve any customer or staff complaints related to cleaning operations.
  • Reporting to Operations Head.
