Job summary

GleamLab Facilities Pte. Ltd. is seeking a responsible Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at Pasir Ris sites. You will supervise cleaners, conduct briefings, and ensure standards and schedules are met.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage attendance, stock and equipment while coordinating with the Operations team for smooth site operations. Working hours are 7am–4pm, six days a week at Pasir Ris.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the cleaning, facilities management or related industry is preferred
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience will be an advantage
• Able to lead and manage a team of cleaners
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle operational issues and client feedback professionally
• Willing to be hands-on when required
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals and equipment is advantageous
• Able to work according to site operational requirements, including weekends or public holidays where applicable

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily duties of cleaning staff at assigned sites
• Conduct daily briefings and allocate cleaning duties accordingly
• Ensure cleaning works are completed according to required standards and schedules
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming and work performance
• Arrange manpower coverage and assist with replacements when required
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
• Ensure cleaning equipment, tools and consumables are properly used and maintained
• Monitor stock levels and request replenishment of cleaning supplies when necessary
• Provide on-the-job guidance and training to cleaners
• Attend to feedback from clients and rectify operational issues promptly
• Ensure staff comply with workplace safety procedures and company SOPs
• Maintain attendance records, checklists and other required site documentation
• Report manpower, operational or service issues to the Operations team
• Support ad-hoc cleaning and operational requirements when necessary
