The role requires hands-on leadership, record-keeping of equipment and inventory, and the ability to perform basic administrative tasks using computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning crews to execute daily cleaning tasks efficiently at client premises.
• Monitor cleaning activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning equipment and inventory in the store.
• Follow up on client schedules and special cleaning requests promptly.
• Deploy staff effectively and manage their clock-in and clock-out attendance in the system.
• Assign cleaning duties and perform hands-on cleaning tasks when necessary.
• Utilize basic computer skills to support administrative and operational tasks.
