Job summary

Infinix Facilities Management is seeking an experienced operations lead to oversee large-scale cleaning services in Singapore. You will manage 200+ cleaning staff, coordinate daily activities with long-term projects, and ensure quality standards through regular inspections.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and meticulous documentation. You will participate in client meetings and adapt to changing conditions while maintaining a robust pool of reliable cleaning

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field (management preferred).
• 2–3 years of operations experience in the cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to provide thorough documentation.
• Self-motivated and well-organized with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale cleaning operations, managing 200+ staff.
• Coordinate and schedule daily cleaning activities along with long-term projects.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain service standards.
• Provide detailed written feedback and action plans for service improvements.
• Participate in meetings with high-level client representatives.
• Adapt quickly to changing conditions and operational challenges.
• Maintain a strong database of reliable cleaning personnel for contracting as needed.
