Job summary

TI10 SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a on-site housekeeping assistant to maintain clean indoor areas, assist with tea and beverage service and support event setup.

The role requires good communication, a service mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Shift options include two rosters, five days a week, with weekend work. The role emphasizes physical tasks and a collaborative work environment near the Novena area.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping, cleaning experience advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks including moving and carrying items.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• At least 1 Basic WSQ Cleaning Module and Level 1 Workplace Safety & Health Implementation.
• 5-day work week; weekend work required.
• Roster-based shifts: 8.30am to 5.55pm, 10.35am to 8pm.
• Location near to Novena Area.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties for indoor areas, including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors.
• Dust and wipe surfaces, including desks, tabletops, sofas and cabinets.
• Provide dish washing support and ensure cups, dishes and utensils are cleaned and properly stored.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and presentable environment for employees and visitors.
• Carry out other general housekeeping duties as required.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee and other beverages to employees, occupants and visitors.
• Monitor and replenish pantry and beverage supplies, including tea, coffee, sugar and milk.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the pantry and refreshment areas.
• Collect and wash used cups, dishes and utensils.
• Assist with event set-up and other operational support when required.
• Assist in moving and arranging items required for event set-up.

2.Tea and Beverage Services:

Requirements
