Job summary

You will perform general cleaning duties, including toilets, pantries, and common areas, while using cleaning equipment safely and reporting issues to supervisors. The role requires the ability to work independently, stay physically active, and follow schedules with punctuality. Mandarin or English communication skills are preferred, with travel to multiple sites supported by mileage

Qualifications

• Basic spoken English or Mandarin to communicate with supervisors and clients

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust, wipe surfaces and empty bins to maintain cleanliness at sites
• Clean and maintain toilets, pantries, and common areas per hygiene standards
• Operate cleaning equipment safely (mops, vacuum cleaners, chemicals)
• Identify and report equipment faults, low supplies or maintenance needs promptly
• Use QR-code attendance system to clock in/out at each site accurately
• Follow site cleaning schedules and checklists for thorough coverage
• Adhere to workplace safety and hygiene guidelines to keep a safe environment

• Operate and handle cleaning equipment and materials safely, including mops, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning chemicals
• Identify and report equipment faults, low supplies, or maintenance issues promptly to supervisors
• Use the company's QR-code based attendance system to clock in and out at each site accurately
• Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure thorough cleaning coverage
• Adhere to workplace safety and hygiene guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications
