Job summary

Singapore Buddhist Welfare Services is seeking a diligent cleaning staff to maintain hygiene across office spaces, pantry and common areas. You will perform general cleaning, empty trash, replenish supplies, and report maintenance issues.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work independently within a 6-day work week in Punggol/Tanjong Pagar. Candidates with prior cleaning experience are preferred, and a strong sense of responsibility is essential to uphold high cleanliness

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of office areas, toilets, stairs and corridors.
• Clean glass windows, surfaces and furniture regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness of small pantry; wash cups and cutlery.
• Empty trash bins and replenish supplies such as tissue and hand soap.
• Keep storage areas organized and report maintenance defects.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

General cleaning including office area, toilet washing, staircase and corridor.

Conduct regular cleaning of glass windows and surfaces, and furniture.

Maintain cleanliness of small pantry, includes washing cups and cutlery

• Emptying trash bins and replenishing supplies such as tissue, hand soap, and pantry items, garbage bags as required


• Keeping storage areas organized


• Report maintenance defects or damaged fixtures to your supervisor


• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment


• Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Min Secondary School education

Work Location: Punggol /Tanjong Pagar

Work schedule 6 Day Work Week (44 hours per week)

• Monday to Sunday - 9 am – 6 pm (off on weekday)


• Part time - 6 Day Work Week, 8 am – 1 pm (5 hours)


• Part time - 6 Day Work Week, 12 pm – 5 pm (5 hours)
