Job summary

UNIVERSAL LANDSCAPE & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking on-site cleaning staff in Singapore to maintain and sanitize the estate's public areas, amenities and facilities.

You will perform daily tasks across common areas, lobbies, corridors, gym spaces, clubhouses, restrooms, and outdoor spaces, while following safety procedures and reporting issues to management.

This full-time role requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work Monday to Friday with optional Saturday sessions.

Responsibilities

• Common Area Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum residential lobbies, corridors, lift interiors, and staircases daily.
• Facility Cleaning: Sanitize gym equipment, wipe down clubhouse furniture, and clean barbecue areas, pavilions, and poolside decks.
• Restroom Hygiene: Wash, disinfect, and replenish toiletries in the management office, guardhouse, and clubhouse toilets.
• Waste Management: Empty common area trash bins, clear central refuse chutes, and transfer waste to the designated estate bin centers.
• Estate Groundskeeping: Clear litter, dried leaves, and debris from playgrounds, car parks, driveways, and footpaths.
• Periodic Deep Cleaning: Assist with scheduled high-pressure jet washing of pavements and deep cleaning of basement car parks.
• Facility Reporting: Inspect common areas during shifts and immediately report any property damage, faulty lighting, or plumbing leaks to the management office.

Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
Saturday (8am - 12pm ) Optional
