Job summary

PRISM+ in Singapore is seeking a delivery driver to join our growing team. You will be responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients, ensuring on-time, accurate orders, and providing friendly customer service.

The role requires a valid Singapore Class 4 driving license, ability to perform physical work, and comfort with mobile technology. We offer health benefits, birthday leave, outpatient coverage, and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load, transport and deliver items to clients on time.
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy; ensure charges are correct.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle client questions or complaints.
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules; maintain safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and other delivery documents.
• Operate power tailgate for unloading.

Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
• Abiding by all transportations laws and maintaining a safe driving record
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries
• Operating of Power Tailgate for unloading

• Customer facing, friendly and patient personality
• Must be able to handle physical work due to job nature.
