Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree qualification.
• 2–3 years in insurance ops, claims servicing and customer service.
• Professional Certification in Insurance (e.g. M9, M5, CHI, BCP, PGI) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of insurance claims processes and customer servicing principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer management, complaint handling and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office and operational systems.
• Attention to detail, accountability, judgement and a customer-centric mindset.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including MAS guidelines and PDPA.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims-related enquiries, appeals, complaints and escalations via digital channels.
• Coordinate with Claims Operations and other units for timely resolutions and clear communications.
• Provide accurate guidance on claims processes, status and outcomes.
• Act as liaison between customers, financial representatives and Claims teams.
• Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Escalate cases requiring technical claims assessment to relevant teams.
• Support management reporting and escalation summaries; coach peers.
• Assist onboarding, training and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Support workforce planning, workload management and performance monitoring.
• Participate in process reviews, system enhancements and ad-hoc projects.
