SURBANA JURONG CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Resident Technical Officer to assist in the site supervision of civil and structural works in Singapore.

You will work closely with the Project Management Team, QP(S), QP(D), clients, and contractors to ensure timely completion and compliance with approved designs. The role requires a diploma or NCSS in construction-related fields, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and registration as Resident Technical Officer, with solid knowledge of

• Diploma or NCSS in construction-related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Registered Resident Technical Officer.
• Familiar with local Building Regulations/Acts and Codes of Practice.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist QP(S) and Resident Engineers in site supervision of civil/structural works.
• Coordinate with PM, QP(S), QP(D), Client, Contractors and local authorities to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Coordinate with Contractor’s site personnel to resolve site issues.
• Carry out regular site inspections to ensure work quality and site safety.
• Ensure Contractor’s works are carried out in accordance with approved designs and drawings.
• Identify non-conformance of Contractor's works on site and check rectification.
• Ensure up-to-date site documentation for ongoing and completed works.
