Job summary

JOB LIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking 4 C&S consultants (junior to senior) to execute civil and structural design, prepare calculations, and review drawings per client specs and codes in Singapore.

The role involves tender preparation, detailed design of buildings and infrastructure, and coordination with authorities and contractors. You will work with a Qualified Person to develop design schemes, attend technical meetings, and assist in planning, monitoring, and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in civil & structural engineering design.
• Familiar with latest design codes and authorities' requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute civil and structural design, prepare calculations and review drawings according to customer specs and codes.
• Assist in producing tender specifications and design requirements for tender contracts.
• Undertake detailed design of buildings and civil infrastructures.
• Collaborate with Qualified Person to develop design schemes for civil/structural works.
• Attend project/technical meetings with authorities, developers and contractors.
• Involve in project planning, implementation and close monitoring; project coordination including submissions to local authorities and construction liaison.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities on technical matters.
• Train and support junior engineers.
