Job summary

YEW BAN HENG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.

The role involves managing on-site labor and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule, while monitoring hazards and enforcing PPE usage. Candidates should have a Polytechnic diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, at least 3 years local experience in civil infrastructure projects, and proven supervision

Qualifications

• Polytechnic diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 3 years relevant local experience in Civil Engineering projects.
• Proven on-site supervisory experience in road construction or civil infrastructure projects.
• Relevant safety credentials (such as Building Construction Supervisor Safety or first aid/CPR).
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and blueprints, strong leadership, effective communication and problem-solving aptitude.
