Job summary

DIVINE N' DYNAMIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to coordinate daily operations on the construction site in Singapore. You will liaise with the architect, PE engineer, and sub-contractors, ensuring work complies with requirements and is executed by the on-site team.

You will manage workers, resolve installation issues, interpret AutoCAD plans, and provide technical support while ensuring adherence to the project schedule and generating weekly reports.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction sites.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Strong coordination with architects and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Architect, PE Engr and sub-contractors on day-to-day operations and technical issues.
• Ensure work done complies with requirements.
• Manage all workers on-site, ensuring proper execution of project operations.
• Resolve all site problems arising from installation works.
• Ensure work adheres to the schedule.
• Supervise site team on day-to-day operation of the construction site.
• Provide technical and installation support.
• Administrative work such as weekly reports.
• Interpret Autocad plans.
• Other duties assigned from time to time.
