Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant civil/construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and project management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Familiarity with local building regulations and safety requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Monitor progress and ensure work aligns with drawings and schedules.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, method statements, and work schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Review drawings and provide technical support to site teams.
• Monitor costs, material usage, and resource allocation.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates to management.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Assist in planning, procurement, and contract administration activities.
