Qualifications

• Valid Class 3/4 driving license and driving in Singapore required.
• At least 4 years of related field experience.
• Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Word/Excel and PDF editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to General Manager for projects.
• Plan and coordinate project activities for timely completion.
• Assess issues and develop resolutions.
• Interact with teams to coordinate activities.
• Participate in design meetings and propose improvements.
• Assist in design and development activities.
• Support change order management, tracking and document control.
• Track progress and ensure on-time completion of activities.
• Monitor schedules for delays or deviations.
• Attend meetings and follow up on tasks.
• Create project reports for management and clients.
• Analyze and resolve project issues promptly.
• Coordinate scope, deliverables, budget and milestones.
• Review emails, letters, proposals, memos and minutes.
• Review contracts and process invoices promptly.
• Know Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
• Manage machinery and liaise with vendors.
